Philippines supplier known for its line of fine vintage wines, Yats Cellars was established in 2000 to address the requirement of a growing population of enthusiasts in the Philippines.  Yats Cellars caters to the discerning client who requires these qualities in their wines:  (1) excellent value, (2) large selection of labels and vintages to choose from and (3) wines properly aged for full enjoyment.   These wines are divided into three catetories:

Category one:  Top-end vintage

Vintages of the greatest names in spanning over a century in vintages can be found on the list all properly rested and ready to be served.

Category two:  Great value vintage

Probably the most unique part of Yats cellars, a very wide range of aged vintage wines is offered at mid-range prices of US$50 to 250 covering vintages of the last 60 years.  This also includes less famous labels and less illustrious vintages all too quickly written off by critics before.  These bottles represent the best value for money especially to connoisseurs of aged vintage .

Category three:  For Everyday Enjoyment

This is an area where complacency frequently occurs in selection because of the low price range.  YATS pays particular attention to ensure that a low price tag doesn't necessarily mean mediocrity.  Not only so, there are constantly new offerings every month of the year to keep things interesting in the everyday drinking section.

Yats Cellars started off in Clark Freeport, Pampanga, an easy 90-minute drive along the North Expressway from Metro Manila.  Category one wines can be found in the cellars of the fine-dining YATS Restaurant and Lounge situated inside Clark's Mimosa Leisure Estate, just before the Casino.  Yats operates the Clark Center – an independent two-storey building located on the main road of Clark Freeport.  Here you can find the Category two and Category three wines.

Public tastings are held from time to time in Clark and sometimes in Manila.  Tickets range from p500 to p1500 for these themed events that are professionally run –no merchants sponsorship, pushy salesmen or tacky banners to ruin the evening.  Each ticket contains a certain number of stubs that can be redeemed for a tasting pour of a among those on a line-up which often contains wines that are quite old and expensive.  This makes YATS Tasting events the most cost-effective venue to explore new options and expand our knowledge of through first-hand encounters.

Seminars have been conducted in the past and may be offered from time to time.  These seminars deal with intermediate to advanced subject matters that are aimed at providing useful and practical knowledge for the enthusiasts.  Topics are focused and treatment, in depth.  Most seminars include a guided tasting session after the lecture.

-paired dinners are organized either at Y A T S Restaurant in Clark or in collaboration with other restaurants and organizers.    Private dinners can also be organized for groups of 14 or more.  Even Asian cuisines can be a part of a Yats -paired dinner.

Sister company Y A T S Restaurant and Lounge is one of most -sensitive fine-dining establishments in Asia.  B Y O (Bring Your Own) evenings occur regularly for enthusiasts to enjoy their recent finds over a gourmet meal specially crafted to be friendly.  The list of YATS Restaurant is equally impressive and satisfying to the hard-to-please.  Mark-up is small and that makes it the friendliest restaurant in Asia.
