Why is my refrigerator freezer when the cold open?
Hello! I realized that my fridge is warm and after investigation, only blow cold air inside the freezer if (low) is open. This is so weird. Answers?

Place a cup of water in the freezer for 15 minutes and see if it's cold. Most likely, you have to change the thermostat or the fan.
