To all wine sommeliers and wine specialist what are the most recommended california white wines for cooking?
that i if anyone who is looking for a great bottle of wine for a cooking wine anywhere under $10.00 that i could tell our customers.
I also work in a wine shop. I tell my clients to always use wines that they enjoy drinking for cooking. If it's reasonable to consider whatever wine is to be served with the meal is perfect for cooking.
