How do I start planning the reception of a wine and cheese?
I just received my Master's and want to organize a wine reception and cheese. He matched the W wine or cheese, but I have no idea what else to do. I am open to suggestions I intend for this gala event. I am looking for new, clean, original ideas. Thank you.
-Choose a date and time .- Decide on the size of the réception.-Select-site. Decide on the formality of the event .- Decide invitations.-Dresser a guest list .- Get invitations and write the guests. Make sure there is contact information RSVP.-Get a complete account for participants so that you can buy the right amount of food and wine. Decide - decorations that match the formality partie.-organize the space and decorate for the occasion, if you have servers, make sure they are ready. If buffet, sure that all food and wine pairs are arranged properly. You can do it in the stations. Make sure you have appropriate lenses of each type of wine and plates and cutlery to eat cheese. Have some fruit and bread around aussi.-Being gracious host and make you moves. Some ideas would have a brief history and description of wines and cheeses on the table for your sample, you can read what they try. You can also save a brochure with all types of wine and cheese so they can take home and refer back. Can number of stations and suggest a "map" to move from one to another. Enjoy.
