wine shop

You're in a wine shop. You don't know what you want. What is the worst thing the clerk could say or do?

If you have an example I'd love to here it.

This happens to me all the time.
No one ever knows wheta to recommend. Thats why most liquor shops have a recommendation chart beneath each product.
I asked for help with choosing a wine for a party. I asked the attendant and they said, "I don't know, they all taste crap"
